Vice President, Global Human Resources

Responsible for the Global Human Resources workforce strategy and leadership of the Global Human Resources team, providing strategic HR support to all Lockheed Martin employees across our international locations. 

Paula also supports the Global Business Development & Strategy function, encompassing our business development teams domestically and internationally. Based in the UK, Paula joined LMUK in 2011 where her first role was HR Director UK, Europe and Middle East.
