You can check your status anytime by logging into your profile. You also might receive an email from LEO, our virtual scheduling assistant. LEO's messages originate from an email address using the extension @paradox.ai., so keep an eye on your inbox and spam folders.

Interviews may be virtual or in-person. You’ll speak with recruiters, hiring managers, and team members.

 

Bring examples. Be real. Ask questions. And familizarize yourself with the STAR format, a tool our interviewers use to learn as much as possible about your experience.

Offer & Next Steps

If selected, you’ll go through a role-specific background check. Once that’s done, we’ll move on to your offer and onboarding.

 

Background checks and security clearances can take time, and vary by role. We'll work with you to keep things moving as fast as those processes allow.
