Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) Training

We are pleased to introduce the Lockheed Martin Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) Supplier Training Module, designed to provide suppliers with tools that support our common focus  in delivering high-quality products and services. This training module, developed by Lockheed Martin Supply Chain and Supplier Quality organizations, has two primary objectives:

1. Awareness: To continue to drive transparency in expectations related to how delivery and communication of RCCA can be made by suppliers to Lockheed Martin, ensuring seamless coordination and effective problem-solving.
2. Methodology: To provide a comprehensive overview of root cause tools and methodologies meant to encourage your organization to implement robust RCCA processes that drive continuous improvement.

At Lockheed Martin, we recognize the critical importance that timely and comprehensive RCCA identification and resolution by our suppliers plays in maintaining our AS9100 certification and meeting customer requirements. By implementing and maintaining effective RCCA processes, we can ensure the delivery of safe and reliable products, ultimately enhancing our collective reputation and competitiveness in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Please note, the module completion time is about 60 minutes and should be completed in one session. The session will time out if left idle. You will be asked a few questions upon completing the module, including user name, organization, user experience feedback, etc.
